Seven Rubies was founded by Stacy Gill — a woman who knows the boudoir industry inside and out.
Since 2017, Stacy has worked behind the scenes with more than a hundred photography studios as a virtual assistant and business strategist. Before that, she was a photographer herself. Over the years, she’s seen what makes a studio thrive — and what causes so many talented artists to burn out or fade away. Her mission with Seven Rubies is simple but powerful: to raise the standard for the boudoir industry.
She believes that success isn’t about flash sales or racing to the bottom on price — it’s about professionalism, sustainability, and connection.

About Charlton
Charlton's background is rooted in real-world operations, where systems either work or they don’t. For decades he worked with a leading global materials science company (The Dow Chemical Company) in the Information Technology (IT) sector where he collaborated with teams to streamline their workflows and implement new technologies and systems that improved safety and efficiency for millions of stakeholders, across 160 countries. That same operational lens is what helped shape the foundation of Seven Rubies.
As an IT professional, Charlton has extensive experience in managing globally implemented applications. This involves the administration of 1000's of user accounts, server and database maintenance, governance and security, business analytics and other related responsibilities. His global management experience is key to ensuring that Seven Rubies' infrastructure and functionality keep up with the ever changing landscape of IT.
