Photographs uploaded by Vendors may depict identifiable individuals (“Models”). Seven Rubies does not collect model information directly, but images may contain personal data.

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• All depicted individuals are at least 18 years old
• Valid written model releases have been obtained
• Images do not contain identifying personal data (real names, contact details, medical information) unless consent has been obtained

Seven Rubies does not require or store model names, contact information, or release documents unless requested for compliance review or as needed to address a complaint or legal request.

When you access the Services, we may automatically collect:

• IP address
• Device type, browser type, and operating system
• Pages viewed, links clicked, and actions taken on the Services
• Referring/exit URLs
• Approximate location (e.g., city/state based on IP)

Seven Rubies does not sell Vendor images and does not license Vendor images to third parties unrelated to operating the platform.

• Maintain business records and compliance documentation
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce agreements
• Comply with legal obligations

Images and listing content may persist in backups or archives even after account termination, as permitted by our Terms and Conditions .

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
